New York’s Lion Heart Autographs will be presenting three of the rare historic letters that Jackie Kennedy wrote to Roswell Gilpatric. Gilpatric was President Kennedy’s Deputy Secretary of Defense and Jackie’s confidante, also presumed to be her “possible lover.” The famous and controversial “Purloined Letters” created a sensation when they first appeared in press in 1970.The letters will be on display at Booth 821 at the 2018 Palm Beach Jewelry, Art & Antique Show, one of the most anticipated art events, which opens on February 15 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The upcoming edition promises an eclectic collection of art, antiques, and jewelry featuring works of more than 175 international dealers.
