David Gill Gallery is hosting “Vases and Vessels” at its London venue. The exhibition features works by Beth Katleman, Kate Malone, Tancredi di Carcaci, Tommaso Corvi-Mora, Tino Seubert, Cody Hoyt, Lena Peters, Marantonio, and Felicity Aylieff.“Vases and Vessels” brings together an array of styles, material, and influences from different parts of the world, from the monumental pots and exotic motifs to fruit-shaped vases, and vibrant geometric forms. Some of the highlights from the exhibition include Tino Seubert’s new edition of Narcissus vases, Cody Hoyt’s collection of hand-built vessels, Kate Malone’s crystalline-glazed stoneware, and Felicity Aylieff’s large, hand-painted pots. Domitilla Harding and Marcantonio Brandolini d’Adda present contemporary glassware that sits in contrast with earth stoneware by Lena Peters and a series of rarely exhibited hand-made vases by gallerist Tommaso Corvi-Mora.
